Всем доброго времени суток! Вот и мой Брилик забубнил! Сам лазил, и специалисту показывал- явно прогорела гофра. В моем случае размер гофры 48*160 мм. Кто сталкивался с такой проблемой, подсказывайте пожалуйста, какую гофру брали (стандартные в магазинах 50*150; 50*200, но мастер сказал такие не подойдут). и если придется демонтировать выхлопную систему какие прокладки понадобятся?

Перегорела гофра. Мастер открутил приемную трубу от верхней части, которая идёт к коллектору. Ту прокладку под замену. Отрезал трубу под нужную длину гофры. Обварил одну сторону гофры та , что в сторону двигателя. Затем новая прокладка приёмной трубы и закручивает. Вторая сторона гофры обвариваеться уже в смонтированном состоянии на машине. Было конечно не по себе когда обваривал. Но он сказал что так делает всегда . Гофра и прокладка заказывал в ISNEXT

С гофрой разобрался, варианты имеются. а глушитель на до разбирать в 2 местах, и что там обе прокладки одинаковые?

Перечитал кучу материала, а так и не нашел родные размеры нашей гофры. Подходит и 50Х200 и 50Х150. но это подходит, а родной размер-то какой ? И что означает первая цифра ? 50 - это диаметр чего ? Отверстия или трубы? И еще вопросик - слышу, что "сечет", а определить не могу. Снял защиту, лазил, смотрел, слушал, а локализовать не могу. Гофра вроде цела. Состояние отличное внешне. Где еще смотреть?
lДобра всем! давайте по порядку, 50*150 это 50 наружный диаметр трубы, 150 длинна гофры вместе с фланцами. С ямы все можно замерить. Гофра многослойная, как таково внешний слой цел, и выглядит прилично, а средний и первый пробит и получается бубнёж! Соответственно в местах где прокладки тоже может сифонить, так что нужно выявлять место пробоя. Если сварщик не дилетант, вварить можно любую гофру, но на опыте убедился , оптимальная длинна 150 мм. Гофра глушителя бывает несколько видов:Гофры "Innerbraid"- по цене самые низкие, (у меня такая проходила 6 месяцев) устанавливаются в местах без изгибов и напряжения. Гофры "Interlock подороже и понадежнее ( у меня сейчас стоит такая). Гофры "Hydra - в кольчуге, изначально, была установлена от производителя (прикупил, не устанавливал, пока предыдущая цела) Повторюсь, всё зависит от мастера, может и дорогую криво вварить а может и дешевую установить и проходит долго

Не вижу особого смысла в сварке. Но где причина такого низкого ресурса? Вот, например, в сообществе Lada Club нашли причину в слабой нижней подушки двигателя. Ну топливо и др. причины понятны, но не моё. А так придется менять через каждые 25-30 т.км.
